Afterroll

Community Guidelines

1. Purpose and scope

Afterroll is for private photo memories with people you know or intentionally invite to a Collection. These Guidelines explain which content and behavior do not belong on Afterroll.

They apply to accounts, guests, photos, Collections, profiles, names, descriptions, invites, reactions, reports, and any other use of Afterroll.

2. Photos, consent, and private spaces

Share only photos that you are allowed to capture and show in the relevant friend group or Collection. If other people are recognizable, you must have any required consent. Respect private spaces, sensitive situations, and another person's wish not to be photographed or shared.

Secret recordings, voyeurism, humiliation, sharing confidential photos, pressuring others to participate, and content that violates reasonable expectations of privacy are prohibited.

3. Intimate content, nudity, and minors

Non-consensual intimate content, sexualized humiliation, intimate image manipulation, sextortion, and sharing intimate content without clear authorization and consent are prohibited.

Content that sexualizes, exploits, threatens, humiliates, or shows minors in unsafe situations is prohibited. If content appears to involve such exploitation, we may remove it and take further protective measures.

4. Harassment, threats, and private information

Harassment, stalking, bullying, threats, intimidation, extortion, repeated unwanted contact, impersonation, and behavior that intentionally pressures or excludes other people are prohibited.

Do not publish or share another person's private information without permission, such as addresses, phone numbers, identity documents, login data, private messages, locations, or other information that could identify, endanger, or expose a person.

5. Hate, violence, and extremism

Hate, dehumanizing language, discrimination, calls for violence, or exclusion against people or groups based on protected characteristics are prohibited. This includes origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, and comparable protected characteristics.

Content that glorifies violence, supports terrorist or extremist organizations, threatens specific acts of violence, or incites others to violence is prohibited.

6. Self-harm and dangerous acts

Do not share content that glorifies, promotes, or provides detailed instructions for self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or risky acts. Supportive, non-exploitative content that seeks help or promotes safety may be allowed.

7. Illegal goods, fraud, and platform abuse

Promoting, arranging, or selling illegal goods or services is prohibited. This includes drugs, weapons, stolen data, forged documents, or unlawful sexual services.

Fraud, spam, phishing, manipulated invites, misleading profiles, automated abuse, security circumvention, and attempts to access other accounts, photos, or Collections without authorization are also prohibited.

8. Third-party rights

Content or actions that violate another person's rights are prohibited, including copyright, trademark, personality, and privacy rights. Do not upload content unless you have the necessary rights and are allowed to share it in the relevant group or Collection.

9. Reports, review, and actions

You can report problematic content, profiles, or Collections through the app or support. Please describe as clearly as possible what happened and why the content or behavior is problematic.

We review reports in context where possible. Afterroll is not required to proactively monitor all content. Depending on severity, repetition, risk, and context, we may remove content, limit visibility, restrict Collection access, issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts, or permanently delete accounts.

If you disagree with an action, please contact us through support. We try to review reasonable complaints in a transparent way.

10. Relationship to the Terms

These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms take precedence.
